Somedays....

Someday's should come with a warning........

If it could go wrong... It did.

Multiply that sucker (everything wrong) by a million. Add the fact that it was Halloween... And you have a mixture for a horrible brew. I'm sure a voodoo witch was jacking with me yesterday. Life always makes me question why I even get out of bed anymore. Most of the problems are small things, but sometimes even those feel like huge things.

It all started with me stubbing my baby toe on the bathroom door. My only thought at the time was, What in the world did my baby toe do to anyone! Plus... That crap hurts! It's like stepping on metal jacks in the dark.

As my house came to life, well... The only thing I can say is... Calamity of errors... Yes! Calamity of errors would best describe it.

Ladybug just had to have her hair straightened... So I ended up burning the snot out of my hand. Next, we had to give the halloween hairspray paint a try. Great!... Except, the only thing that changed color was my burnt hand. Then poor big sis had a massive knot in her long hair that I had to wrestle out...

It's safe to say, I don't think I even brushed my hair... At all today. It was one of those days where it wouldn't have helped anyways.

We had lost papers...  A misplaced library book... The list was endless! All before school. I don't know how... But we made it to school on time and without any more shenanigans. Thank goodness!

Nothing can ever go easy! Why would it? Life must have bumps and turns just to test your character. My daddy always liked to tell us kids What don't kill ya makes you stronger or If they don't kill ya, make them your friends, you may need them one day.

Well, days like yesterday one of my favorite dudes would have said puppies and kittens as he walked around. People would just think another crazy got loose... (giggles)

My day ends with Ladybug telling me... "Momma, my screw is coming out of my glasses."

I just wanted to scream at that point. Won't help! Still have to take the darn things up to the eye doctor and have them take a look. Finally, that moment. You know the one... When you lay down in bed and your body just goes lax?

I love that moment...

Needless to say, the next thing I will hear is the alarm screaming at me. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow.

Here's to hoping for a better day!
